WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this Outside Sales role, you will be in a lucrative career where your earning
potential and success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be serving as a
trusted advisor to customers, selling Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
parts and service packages, and ensuring our customers’ equipment operates at
peak performance throughout its lifecycle. Once the customer purchases equipment
from us, you take the lead in keeping them running strong. You’ll serve as the
vital link between Ditch Witch West’s Parts and Service Departments and the
customers who depend on our drilling equipment every day.

This team member will frequently travel within Oregon and Washington states.

Requirements

• Self-motivation and the desire to win.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to form strong relationships with customers.
• Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans.
• Knowledge and experience in parts and service sales
• Experience working with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and basic business reporting.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• HDD operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving relationship-based sales by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and becoming their go-to resource for all things parts and service.
• Providing tailored solutions by recommending the right parts, maintenance, and service packages to maximize truck uptime and reliability.
• Proactively managing accounts, identifying opportunities to grow sales, and helping customers avoid costly downtime through preventative care as well as generating new business through strategic cold calling.
• Collaborating internally with our technical teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product support.
• Manage Customer Consignment inventories.
