About The Position

As our Admissions Coordinator, you’ll be the director behind the scenes, coordinating with patients, families, and referral sources to ensure every new admission is handled with empathy, accuracy, and heart. You’ll collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure all documentation, insurance verification's, and intake procedures are completed smoothly and swiftly. You’ll also serve as a compassionate educator and advocate—explaining hospice services and offering support to patients and loved ones as they begin their journey with Inspire. With your keen attention to detail and urgency when it counts, you’ll be the key to helping families feel reassured, respected, and cared for. This position is scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend support as needed. Requirements

• Previous administrative or healthcare experience preferred, especially in hospice or a related field
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with EMRs and business software
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven by a passion to make a difference
