Requirements

• Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts
• Minimum one to two years of professional nursing experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred
• 1-2 years of Med-Surg experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Telephone triage
• PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager
• After-hours admissions and screens
• Remote chart auditing
• Stand up and stand down participation
