About The Position

What you’ll do: Walk alongside patients and families through some of life’s hardest but most meaningful moments. Help families navigate the messy parts.. grief, fear, and paperwork. Lead with compassion, advocate fiercely, and remind people that even in loss there’s still love and dignity. Collaborate closely with nurses, chaplains, aides, and volunteers in our interdisciplinary team (IDT), ensuring care is heart-centered. Requirements

A current Social Work License in the state of Georgia.
Hospice, medical, or mental health experience (and if not hospice yet, a calling to it).
A steady heart that can hold both tears and laughter in the same breath.
Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
