About The Position

Jefferson Health is seeking dedicated and dynamic Hospitalists to join our expanding inpatient medicine team at Lansdale Hospital. As a Hospitalist at Lansdale, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population in one of the region’s most respected community teaching hospitals. The position is swing shift; there will be five-night shifts and eight-day shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care and managing hospitalized adult patients.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
• Participating in clinical rounds, patient consultations, and discharge planning.
• Documenting care in a timely and accurate manner using EPIC EMR.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
• Supervising and educating residents or advanced practice providers (as applicable).
