Hospitality Concierge - Public Relations
About The Position

As a Concierge, you’ll play a key role in delivering second‑mile service and creating an inclusive, uplifting, patient‑centered experience. You are often the first point of contact for patients and guests—setting a positive tone the moment they arrive on campus. Guided by our promise, “Know me. Care for me. Ease my way,” you’ll help ensure each person feels supported, valued, and at ease. You’ll use your broad knowledge of the hospital and surrounding campus to assist with wayfinding, provide information, help manage access, and support caregivers by triaging operational needs as they arise. Your presence helps patients, families, and employees feel confident, comfortable, and connected. Whether welcoming a first ‑ time visitor, supporting a stressed family, or assisting leadership and surveyors, the Hospitality Concierge is the trusted guide who turns every interaction into a positive, reassuring experience. Requirements
- 1 year related hospitality sector experience providing exceptional customer service dealing extensively with the public
