About The Position

The Hospitality Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations within our venues. This role involves leading a dynamic team by example, driving culture, growth and development for your team, training, scheduling, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Annual Base Salary: $80,169 a year. Position also includes competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package!

Requirements

• Prior experience in high volume F&B concept, bar concept, restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of playmakers (our world-class team members), providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate large events, promotions, and special activities.
