This is a hybrid position that supports multiple areas of hotel operations, including breakfast service, housekeeping, and general property upkeep. Responsibilities
- Breakfast Service Prepare and set up the breakfast area each morning
- Ensure food and beverage items are stocked and presented according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and serving stations
- Provide a welcoming and attentive experience for guests
- Clean and break down breakfast area after service
- Property Support (Houseman Duties) Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobby, hallways, and common spaces
- Assist with trash removal and linen transport
- Support daily operational needs across departments
- Help maintain overall organization and cleanliness of back-of-house areas
- Housekeeping Support Assist room attendants with room turnover and cleaning tasks
- Strip beds and remove used linens
- Ensure rooms and work areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
- Support housekeeping team during high-volume periods
- Help maintain efficiency and flow of daily housekeeping operations
