This is a hybrid position that supports multiple areas of hotel operations, including breakfast service, housekeeping, and general property upkeep. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces, and is comfortable working across different departments to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Breakfast Service Prepare and set up the breakfast area each morning
  • Ensure food and beverage items are stocked and presented according to brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and serving stations
  • Provide a welcoming and attentive experience for guests
  • Clean and break down breakfast area after service
  • Property Support (Houseman Duties) Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobby, hallways, and common spaces
  • Assist with trash removal and linen transport
  • Support daily operational needs across departments
  • Help maintain overall organization and cleanliness of back-of-house areas
  • Housekeeping Support Assist room attendants with room turnover and cleaning tasks
  • Strip beds and remove used linens
  • Ensure rooms and work areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
  • Support housekeeping team during high-volume periods
  • Help maintain efficiency and flow of daily housekeeping operations
