About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic Part-Time Host to be the welcoming face of ARLO, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences in a sophisticated yet lively atmosphere. Requirements

6+ months in customer service or hospitality, ideally in a restaurant setting.
Outstanding communication skills and a composed vibe that thrives in fast-paced scenes.
Experience with reservation or POS systems; multitasking is your superpower.
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to capture ARLO's prime dining magic (part-time hours: available shifts 6am-2pm).

Responsibilities

Seamlessly manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to ensure flawless flow in our high-energy dining space.
Escort guests to their tables with poise, sharing highlights of ARLO's innovative menu and ambiance.
Handle inquiries, special requests, and phone calls with polished professionalism while collaborating with our passionate service team.
Keep the host stand impeccable and contribute to the electric energy during peak moments.
