About The Position
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service by presenting and serving our delicious menu items to guests. Utilize Reservation and Micros systems. Ensure that guests are properly and timely sat for dining experience. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during high-volume or unexpected situations Make sound decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized Demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Engage with and understand our guests, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
