The restaurant host(ess) will greet and escort customers in the F&B dining rooms to their table in which may include communicating the daily specials and taking initial drink orders. Will take and confirm reservations in person or over the phone. When necessary the host(ess) will also bus tables and conduct table setup. Performs other duties as assigned. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with customers to ensure prompt and efficient flow of the restaurant. This involves greeting the customer, escorting to their table, taking/confirming reservations both in person and over the phone. Bussing and resetting tables. Refilling beverages for customers. Side jobs such as napkin folding.
