Responsible for greeting guests in an upbeat, friendly and courteous manner. Responsibilities Answer incoming reservation calls. Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system. Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus. Check availability on a continuous basis. Perform other related duties as assigned. Greeting guest in a warm and friendly manner. Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests. Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor. Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the venue manager. Perform other related duties as assigned.
