About The Position
Working alongside the Food and Beverage Management at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Host who possesses a strong sense of detail and a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. Requirements
- 1-2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems
- Ability to deliver elevated, personalized guest service
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday
Responsibilities
- Manage all reservation actvities, including guest greeting, seating, and farewells in accordance with hotel fine dining standards
- Provide friendly, discreet, and professional guest service at all times
- Support overall front-of-house operations as needed
