As a Bartender at High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible to accurately take guest orders and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. This position is located at the SpringHill Suites on West Drive in Center Valley, PA. This is a part -time position with shifts from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM on varying days, including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays . Flexibility with these hours is required . Weekend and Holiday availability is required. Weekends include a $1/hour shift premium! Starting Rate: $12.67/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous bartending experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Must be capable of accurately handling money.
- Reading, math, and communication skills.
- Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.
- Adhere to brand and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
- Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards.
- Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
- Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff.
- Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.
