Requirements

• Dependable and able to work early morning shifts
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the hotel's complimentary breakfast according to Marriott brand standards
• Cook and replenish hot items such as eggs, sausage, and waffles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast area throughout service
• Monitor food levels and replenish items before they run out
• Keep counters, tables, beverage stations, and guest seating clean
• Wash dishes and maintain sanitation of all service equipment
• Properly store food and rotate product following food safety standards
• Break down and clean the breakfast area after service
• Communicate inventory needs to management
