Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
Responsibilities
- Greets and welcome guests promptly.
- Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice.
- Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws.
- Accurately take and serve food/drink orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Attend to guests' needs, including bussing and resetting tables.
- Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads.
- Process payments and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
