Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating their performance.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Manage the housekeeping budget, including labor costs, inventory of cleaning supplies, and amenities.
Oversee the ordering, stocking, and usage of housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper inventory control.
Develop and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Ensure the department complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues identified.
Foster a positive work environment, providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the housekeeping team.
