NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

Requirements

Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

Nice To Haves

Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
