This position will develop and schedule strategic social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Write UA News articles highlighting current events related to faculty, students, alumni, and programs. Support development of annual reporting materials, including interpreting school data and drafting narrative sections for school-wide reports. Assist in documenting events such as the Summer Arts program. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience writing articles and social media content
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Majoring in journalism, public relations, marketing, English, communications, or a related field
  • Interest in the arts and/or higher education communications

Responsibilities
