I would like to be able to dedicate time to myself, my health, and my business, without feeling like I'm running on empty. I’m excited to welcome someone into our home who understands the importance of both structure and flexibility, especially as I look to reclaim more space and bring order to the chaos. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high standards of organization. You thrive in an independent environment and are efficient in executing tasks with minimal supervision. You take ownership of your responsibilities and are comfortable managing multiple priorities without being asked. Responsibilities

  • Maintain household organization systems (closets, storage, pantry, toys)
  • Reset and tidy rooms daily
  • Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas
  • Conduct seasonal swaps for children (clothing, décor, bedding)
  • Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Support packing/unpacking for travel or seasonal transitions (kids only)
  • Supervise or coordinate with service providers/vendors (e.g., handymen, cleaners, landscapers)
  • Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, household supplies
  • Create and manage running household supply lists
  • Coordinate and manage household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.)
  • Run errands: grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping
  • Align with Mom to plan and prep healthy meals/snacks
  • Shop for groceries and meal-related items
  • Follow dietary needs and family preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free)
  • Clean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidiness
  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels)
  • Manage linens: rotate bedding, refresh towels, restock essentials
  • Keep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with supplies
  • Handle special care for workout clothing and uniforms
  • Feed and care for pet rabbit: clean cage, water/food refresh, exercise
  • Help with pet care during time of travel
  • Schedule and supervise service providers (cleaners, contractors, landscapers)
  • Research and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and quotes
  • Manage routine upkeep across one or multiple properties
  • Oversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needs
  • Organize special projects: toy storage, seasonal decorations, gear rotation
  • Ability to do admin tasks as needed - emails, scheduling, professional communications, logistics, tech savvy.
