Requirements

• ASN Degree
• Current NM State Registered Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• 1-3 years Clinical experience

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Previous Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care delivery which promotes safety and well being of all patients within the system
• Demonstrates sound financial use of medical supplies to minimize financial costs to patients.
• Works collaboratively with physicians/nursing staff to ensure that quality and competent care is rendered in all phases of patient care within the units.
• Facilitates shift organization and management to achieve optimal patient appropriate resource utilization.
• Must be flexible with work scheduling
• Manages conflict with effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Builds customer loyalty among physicians, employees and the community.
• Any other tasks as deemed necessary for the hospital
