About The Position
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Household Assistant to help maintain a well-organized home in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The ideal candidate will assist with general household tasks including laundry, housekeeping, and occasional errands. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping a home running smoothly and is comfortable around pets. Responsibilities Perform general housekeeping duties including tidying, cleaning, and maintaining organization throughout the home Manage household laundry including washing, folding, and putting items away Pick up and drop off dry cleaning as needed Run household errands such as grocery shopping, post office visits, and other local tasks as needed Assist with basic household organization and upkeep Ensure a comfortable and well-maintained home environment
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a home with two cats
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Excellent, verifiable references
