Requirements

Completion or current enrollment in a state-approved nurse aide training and competency program.
Eligibility for Nurse Aide Registry within 3–6 months of hire.
Demonstrated reliability with excellent attendance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of non-clinical staff within the household.
Foster a collaborative, resident-centered team culture aligned with individual preferences and needs.
Assist with scheduling, staff development planning, performance monitoring, evaluations, and recognition.
Coordinate resident appointments and transportation needs.
Interpret and uphold high standards of care within the household.
