We are hiring a Housekeeper/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a multi‑family apartment community in Richmond, Virginia. This full‑time role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Requirements

6+ months of housekeeping, cleaning, or similar experience
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking
Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing stairs, etc.)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and daily access to a vehicle
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass physical, drug, and background screenings
Availability for occasional overtime during emergencies
While performing your responsibilities and assignments, you may be required to perform tasks that will require some physical exertion.
You must be able to see to a degree that safety is not compromised.
You must be able to communicate and be understood.

Responsibilities

Clean common areas including hallways, laundry rooms, breezeways, offices, and amenities
Clean vacant apartments as part of the turnover process
Remove trash and keep grounds and outdoor areas neat and free of debris
Report maintenance needs, safety issues, or lighting outages
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate daily tasks with the on-site manager
