About The Position
Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities. Specific responsibilities include: Following established cleaning standards, ensuring the proper chemical is used on each surface Maintaining the highest housekeeping standards established for The American Club, Inn on Woodlake and Riverbend Being responsible for proper use and care of cleaning tools assigned to you such as squeegees, sticky rollers etc. Being responsible for understanding assignment board, making a note of early arrivals, late departures, VIPs, special requests etc. Ensuring all stay over rooms must be cleaned to meet stay over requirements to include personalizing of room, and all checkout rooms must be cleaned to meet hotel standards This is a part-time opportunity working weekdays and weekends. Hours are primarily 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1-2 years of Housekeeping or Hospitality experience preferred
- Prior hotel/lodging experience is helpful, but not necessary
- Candidate must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
