JOB SUMMARY To attend to all of our facilities with integrity and attention to detail to create a clean and orderly environment for our patients and visitors. Appearance is a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation in our community. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES 1. Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing 2. Clean restrooms and breakrooms using the appropriate tools and cleaning supplies provided by the organization 3. Ensuring all rooms and areas are cared for and maintained in accordance to standards set by management 4. Notify Facility Manager of any damages noticed on equipment and/or structures 5. Deal with reasonable complaints /requests with professionalism and patience 6. Follow all rules regarding health and safety and be aware of Union Community Care practices 7. Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
- Honor patient confidentiality
