About The Position

Audubon Property Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Porter to join our team. You will be the "eyes and ears" of our multifamily mid-rise building, ensuring that our residents enjoy a pristine, welcoming environment every day. This is a dual-focus role: maintaining the high standards of our luxury common areas and performing "make-ready" cleans to ensure vacated apartments are move-in ready for new residents.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred (experience in multifamily residential or hospitality is a major plus).
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A "sharp eye" for cleanliness and a commitment to high-quality results.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and industrial cleaning equipment.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with deep cleaning.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas including the lobby, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public restrooms.
Ensure our premium spaces-including the fitness center, clubhouse, entertainment lounge, and dog run-are spotless and organized.
Perform deep-cleans of vacated units (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, and flooring) to meet Audubon's "like-new" move-in standards.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, notifying management of any low inventory or equipment repair needs.
Assist with light exterior porter duties and special cleaning projects to maintain the building's overall aesthetic.
