Requirements

  • Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel on a regular basis
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs when needed
  • Availability on weekends and holidays may be required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug test and background

Responsibilities

  • Operate tugger throughout warehouse emptying trash cans
  • Bale cardboard: requires ability to learn to properly operate the baler, including keeping it clean and in safe condition
  • Operate forklift and scissor lift to perform various housekeeping tasks, including and not limited to removal of empty pallets
  • Drive Tennant floor scrubber throughout warehouse; requires the ability to learn to properly operate the scrubber, including keeping it clean and in safe condition
  • Clean up all spills; requires the ability to be certified in cleaning up hazardous chemicals
  • Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean windows, clean warehouse break rooms and bathrooms
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • All other duties as assigned
