Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
  • Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff
