About The Position
Parkwood Village Apartments has an exciting opportunity! We are in search of a positive and dependable housekeeper who will be cross-trained to assist in the Leasing Office. This position is full-time with some weekends as scheduled. We offer a competitive starting rate, health, dental, generous paid time off, 401k and much more!
Responsibilities
- Cleaning apartment community common areas
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and community residents and guests
- At times, assigned to work in Leasing Office (training on the job will be provided)
- All other duties as assigned
