The Housekeeper provides a high level of cleanliness and appearance for our apartment homes and resident amenities. Your Purpose & General Responsibilities: Embody the Olympus Property Core Values: Customer Care Teamwork Trust Family Fun Professionally clean and maintain apartment community interiors, model homes, vacant homes, and clubhouse/community amenities Freshen vacant apartments, leasing office and common areas Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances and dust Clean and sanitize the restrooms in the office, common areas and pool areas Assist in all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Available Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM
Experience in hotel/restaurant housekeeping, in-home professionally cleaning services, and/or janitorial is required

Responsibilities

Professionally clean and maintain apartment community interiors, model homes, vacant homes, and clubhouse/community amenities
Freshen vacant apartments, leasing office and common areas
Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances and dust
Clean and sanitize the restrooms in the office, common areas and pool areas
Assist in all other duties as assigned
