What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities: Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards. Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members. Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team. Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere. What it takes to become a Housekeeping Aide with Care Initiatives: Someone who can complete assignments timely. Interest in providing a home-like atmosphere.
