Inspect all assigned guest rooms including "special clean" items and equipment daily to ensure quality service. 2. Train and monitor Room Attendants on their daily responsibilities to ensure house rules, safety rules, security procedures and housekeeping procedures and standards are achieved. 3. Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner; professionally resolve issues, promptly report lost/missing guest possessions. 4. Update management on the progress and status of each area of responsibility; complete required forms and reports; notify laundry of linen requirements for early check out rooms. 5. Promptly report any unsafe, broken, or missing furnishings, equipment, or fixtures to management. 6. Assist with cleaning of rooms during peak periods or in the absence of regular Room Attendants. 7. May assume the responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper and/or Housekeeping Supervisor in his/her absence. 8. Any other duties assigned by the BOH Management according to the applicable law and rules.
