Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Full-time Housekeeping Supervisor in Nazareth, PA . This position oversees daily housekeeping operations across our campuses ensuring our community is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This full-time role offers consistent hours and long-term stability, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with weekends as needed . Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years’ of housekeeping experience
Minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize position-related software and systems.
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Physically able to walk, stand, bend, crawl, kneel, squat, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and push/pull carts weighing up to 60 pounds for extended periods.
Ability to tolerate exposure to dust, cleaning supplies, and confined spaces.
Must have visual acuity to maintain assigned areas to department standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations for Residential Living.
Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
Conduct routine rounds to monitor quality of housekeeping services.
Maintain inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies, prepare monthly billing, and manage records in our data system.
