About The Position

As a Housekeeping Supply Clerk, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of prior warehouse work experience is highly preferred
  • Works varied shifts to include holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve guest and employee complaints promptly, anticipating and addressing potential issues creatively.
  • Manage pick station operations including inventory, stocking, logistics, distribution, and execution of VIP and executive requests.
  • Analyze property and company reports to ensure accurate service execution and departmental reporting.
  • Organize warehouse, refill shelves and chemical bottles, track daily deliveries to Housekeeping, ProHost, Pick Station, and other departments.
  • Perform inventory counts daily and monthly, maintain storage areas and supplies, and operate equipment such as ladders, forklifts, tuggers, lifts, and pallet jacks safely.
