About The Position

The Housekeep ing Technician ensure s the c lea nliness of the UMOM facilit ies to include c lea ning of offices, client rooms, and all common areas .

Requirements

  • High School or GED Diploma, preferred but not
  • Prior c lea ning experience in a commercial or residential capacity
  • Ability to read and write English and/or Spanish
  • Computer skills
  • Familiarity with, or ability to lea rn, basic applications such as Microsoft Word and Outlook for email communication and documentation responsibilities
  • Valid Level One Fingerprint C lea rance Card or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to c lea r the Central Registry Screening from the Department of Child Safety & Adult Protective Services .
  • Ability to c omply with and pass all required background check and drug screening requirements , i ncluding but not limited to pre-employment and random drug screening as required/requested .
  • Valid AZ Driver's License and a driving record that falls within UMOM's policy 50 0/ 1 00 level of car insurance coverage .
  • This is a S afety Sensitive position.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare s rooms for occupancy and not ifies Supervisor .
  • Prepare s linens for shelter rooms , including but not limited to laundering .
  • Maintain s the c lea nliness of offices.
  • Maintain s the overall c lea nliness of program areas.
  • Maintain s the overall c lea nliness of all common areas , including but not limited to grounds and trash .
  • Complies with established agency policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by lea d ership and/or executives.
