About The Position

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by preparing rooms, removing linens and trash, delivering supplies, and maintaining public and back-of-house areas.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer-service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push/pull carts and equipment.
Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Weekends and holidays required.

Nice To Haves

Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Remove linens and trash from guest rooms and public spaces.
Transport clean linens and supplies to designated areas.
Assist with cleaning rooms, hallways, and public areas.
Maintain organization of storage areas and housekeeping carts.
Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Assist with room setup, furniture movement, or special projects.
Support grounds and pressure-washing tasks when needed.
Support laundry operations as required.
Assist other departments during busy periods.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
