About The Position

Midas Hospitality is currently searching for a Full time Houseperson to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Missouri. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel, while also assisting with basic upkeep and repairs to meet brand, company, and guest satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel
• Perform general houseperson duties throughout the property
• Assist with routine upkeep and minor repairs throughout the hotel
• Respond to guest service requests related to room functionality and basic maintenance needs
• Support preventative upkeep by identifying and reporting issues proactively
• Work with the team to ensure all areas of the hotel are safe, clean, and in good working condition
