Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Housing Operations Director who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! As the Housing Operations Director, you will focus on supporting Sana Lake Alumni in sustaining long-term recovery through meaningful engagement. This role includes providing ongoing encouragement and support through follow-up calls, events, and access to resources. You will cultivate and maintain an active, supportive Sana Lake Alumni network that fosters connection, builds friendships, offers recovery role models, and reinforces individual recovery goals. The Housing Operations Director will maintain consistent contact with alumni, independent of Outpatient Care services.
Requirements
- A high school diploma (or GED)
- A minimum of 1 year of management experience and a general understanding of substance use disorders.
- Certified as a Peer Support through the Missouri Credentialing Board
- Class E License with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in housing, recovery support services, or administrative coordination is a plus.
