Housing Operations , a division of Auxiliary & Business Services (A&BS), is excited to welcome candidates for the position of Manager . This position supports the vision and mission of the housing operations by overseeing the daily activities of an assigned set of buildings within a housing area including the direction of employees and initiation of all related actions to ensure effective operations, efficient use of appropriate resources, and a focus on excellence in Custodial, Maintenance, Service, Safety, and Teamwork. This position is an on-campus, non-telecommuting/remote position. Deliver a well-maintained, clean, safe, and secure living experience for students and guests; supporting at least 50 technical service employees in a variety of housing options for over 3,500 students with direction supervision of 8-15 employees in 3-4 buildings with 600-1,000 residents. As an incoming team member of Auxiliary and Business Services, it will be expected that all employees embody and model Penn State’s and Finance and Business’ Values to deliver an exceptional on-campus experience for our students, families, and guests.
