About The Position

At Quadel, we help families and communities access safe, affordable housing and we need motivated people like you to make it happen. What you’ll do: Process applications and check eligibility for housing programs. Help with re-certifications, rent adjustments, moves, and more. Keep participant files organized and assist the public with questions. Learn the ins and outs of federal housing programs (HUD rules included!). Coordinate with teammates, supervisors, and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must obtain Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Specialist certification within one year of hire.
- Two years of experience in public-facing or customer service roles.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and math skills.
Nice To Haves
- Accounting, mortgage processing, or direct customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience beyond the minimum may substitute for part of the educational requirement.
- Knowledge of HCV program requirements, policies, or procedures is preferred.
