About The Position

Role: By emphasizing ONE Park, ONE Mission, ONE Team the Receptionist provides exceptional service to both internal and external members while supporting administrative functions at the corporate headquarters. This role includes greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate department, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Additionally, the Receptionist assists with various departmental tasks, such as document management, report tracking, project assistance and supply ordering, while offering suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Greet visitors to the corporate headquarters, determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person. Answers phone and directs callers to the appropriate person. Ensure all security rules and procedures are followed in regards to admittance and conduct in the building. Advise management immediately of any issues or concerns. Support corporate headquarters departments with administrative tasks as assigned or requested. Responsibilities may include managing documents, imaging, mailings, report tracking, ordering supplies, and/or assisting with projects. Work within the parameters/rights given from each department. Provide input or suggestions for any improvements to processes that may improve accuracy or efficiency. Maintains assigned records, files, and reports as well as assigned administrative responsibilities. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
  • Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
  • Strong, friendly voice and pleasant demeanor.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work well on your own.
  • High level of confidentiality for work assignments and file data.
