About The Position

As a member of our People Leadership Team, the HR Administrative Manager will serve as the glue that holds us all together as we strive to deliver a compelling employee experience for our team members. Working closely with each member of the People Leadership Team, the HR Administrative Manager will wear many hats, with core responsibilities that include managing the operational rhythm of the team and schedules, monitoring our progress against strategic initiatives and operational processes, and leading internal communications across the People team. The HR Administrative Manager will have strong organization, coordination, and communication skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enjoy handling multiple projects simultaneously, and be comfortable holding others accountable for delivering on commitments. The HR Administrative Manager must be able to seamlessly shift from big picture topics to tactical execution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in human resources
  • Expertise in Microsoft products, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated project management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience developing internal communications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing metrics and dashboards
  • Experience in facilitating high-impact meetings

Responsibilities

  • Managing schedules for a highly-distributed, remote team and ensuring they meet their priorities and deadlines
  • Managing high-impact meetings for the organization, including agenda creation and dissemination, material preparation, and tracking of decisions and actions
  • Producing high quality materials for executive and organizational meetings that convey messages effectively, often with little direct guidance from the team
  • Establishing and managing internal communications strategy across the People team, including town halls, roundtables, and regular written updates
  • Producing and analyzing data and metrics in order to enable effective decision-making; publishing monthly scorecard of key metrics and project status updates
  • Monitoring the organizational budget throughout the year and ensuring that invoices are received and paid timely
  • Managing special projects and programs, as assigned
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.
