About The Position

Essential Functions: • Maintain electronic personnel files while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards. • Assist in processing new-hire onboarding tasks, including HRIS entry • Support background checks, drug screens, orientation scheduling, and pre-employment communication. • Coordinate information flow across sites to ensure alignment and timely completion of HR requirements • Support payroll preparation through data accuracy checks and coordination with site teams and Shared Services • Assist with compliance activities such as tracking training, file audits, and safety documentation • Support recruitment activities across the manufacturing sites • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed Additional Responsibilities: • Assist as needed to cover front office/reception activities • Assist as needed on HR project work • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable supporting multiple sites

Nice To Haves

  • associate degree or higher preferred
  • HR support experience preferred
