Hybrid schedule, allowing you flexibility to work from home/remote several days per week The HR Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees, HR Business Partners as well as Deluxe retirees, by addressing their HR-related inquiries and concerns. This role involves handling a high volume of calls and emails, resolving issues related to benefits, payroll, and company policies, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Additionally, the HR Advisor I will support the Human Resources team by contributing to various projects and administrative tasks, enhancing HR Operations efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1 year prior customer service experience working with confidential data

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Finance or Business or HR
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system

Responsibilities

  • Respond to daily HR inquiries through various service channels, providing accurate information about HR policies and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Resolves cases by using appropriate resources and escalating cases as needed. Engages HR Business Partners where appropriate.
  • Deliver administrative assistance to the HR department, including document preparation, record maintenance, and correspondence management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation sessions at various hub locations and virtually, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Partner up with HR Business Partner to deliver the best onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee exit process.
  • Assist in the maintenance and management of HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy while ensuring confidentiality of information as required by law or by company policies.
  • Manage employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to support the HR team’s goals and objectives.
