You have worked with HR, pay, and benefits data within the DoD and Army in a previous life and continue to think of ways for the organization to improve. You have been successful at resolving personnel and pay issues at your state level while integrating data within your systems but want to expand your reach to solve similar issues for the Army. In this role, you will support an Army client on data management and analysis for Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A). Provide SME support and assistance to integrate data requirements of the DoD and Army through leading and guiding analysis efforts, data integration and management, data visualization and reporting, decision support, and continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate with the System Integrator and data owners on data definitions and other metadata, including relationship mapping and external data standards. You will advise Army clients and leadership on requirements and concerns of IPPS-A interfaces to include data artifacts, data elements for the Interface Requirement Specifications, Memorandum of Agreements, Data Information Interface, and Interconnection Security Agreements.
