Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources from a accredited college or university
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 to be considered for the Internship program
  • Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in global manufacturing environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Enter new hires into ADP
  • Prepare orientation materials, Identify gaps, redundancies, or delays
  • Track onboarding completion, Recommend improvements focused on efficiency and compliance
  • Maintain digital employee files
  • Assist with routine data changes
  • Support Leave tracking
  • Assist in timecard review and exception reporting
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of activities
  • Assist with recognition programs (birthdays, anniversaries)
