Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HRBP or office administration, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, OSHA regulations, and workplace policies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance strategic HR functions with operational office management tasks
  • Proficiency in HR software, office management tools, and administrative systems (ATS, ADP, SAP)
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Positive can-do mentality and readiness to support both leadership and employees
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them efficiently
  • Up to 20% travel to support multi-site HR needs, training, team events, audits, or other business requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business goals
  • Support workforce planning, recruiting, talent acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Advise on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Manage and guide disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with policy
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee growth
  • Implement HR policies, compliance measures, and organizational best practices
  • Act as an advocate for company culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations; maintain required records
  • Manage HR-related budgets, including training, events, and HR programs
  • Manage office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee administrative processes to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Support workplace planning, safety protocols, and employee well-being initiatives
  • Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and staff meetings
  • Maintain records, supplies, and oversee contract negotiations for office management
  • Create and manage purchase orders related to the facility and HR department
  • Monitor and manage office and facilities budgets, including supplies and services
