Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in Sales or Service organizations
  • Familiarity with multinational B2B/B2C environments with commercial and technical teams
  • Fluency in Italian & English
  • Degree in Economics, Psychology, HR, or related fields
  • Passionate about people, performance, and customer-focused results
