About The Position

Nations Roof is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple business units. This role partners closely with leaders, Regional Management Support Teams, and Corporate HR to deliver consistent people operations support while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor, supporting employee relations, performance management, ADA accommodations, and HR systems, while promoting a positive and inclusive team member experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or operational environment.
  • Strong experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and ADA accommodations.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now required; Salesforce or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus.
  • Construction or construction services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to team members and leaders on policies, employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and partner with leadership on appropriate resolution strategies.
  • Coach managers on performance expectations, documentation, corrective action, and Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Serve as ADA Coordinator, managing the interactive accommodation process and documentation.
  • Utilize HRIS and technology platforms to support reporting, compliance, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and escalate complex matters to senior HR leadership as appropriate.
  • Support HR initiatives, process improvement efforts, onboarding, training, and engagement programs.
